    Clean LED strip lighting runs across the ceiling and shelving, paired with integrated downlights for practical use and atmospheric evenings.

  • Outdoor BBQ Kitchen Area

    A covered rear section features a full outdoor kitchen with BBQ, stainless prep surfaces, cold storage, and external soffit lighting for all-weather hosting.

  • Premium Cladding & Glazing

    Durable vertical composite cladding in a soft timber tone wraps around anthracite aluminium bifold doors — opening wide onto a landscaped patio space for a seamless indoor-outdoor vibe.
