This isn’t just a garden room — it’s a full-blown pub experience at home. Designed for our client Warren, The Offers Innis a purpose-built 30m² Platinum garden bar and entertainment suite, finished to a stunning specification inside and out.

From the bespoke drinks bar and games area to the outdoor BBQ kitchen, this build was tailored to create a sociable, all-seasons escape — a space to relax, entertain, and make memories, just steps from the house.

    Clean LED strip lighting runs across the ceiling and shelving, paired with integrated downlights for practical use and atmospheric evenings.

  • Outdoor BBQ Kitchen Area

    A covered rear section features a full outdoor kitchen with BBQ, stainless prep surfaces, cold storage, and external soffit lighting for all-weather hosting.

  • Premium Cladding & Glazing

    Durable vertical composite cladding in a soft timber tone wraps around anthracite aluminium bifold doors — opening wide onto a landscaped patio space for a seamless indoor-outdoor vibe.
