We have focused extensively on sourcing all the best materials available on the market, this ensures your investment with us is one to be proud of and can be enjoyed for a very long time.
Here are a few or our most popular designs. We are able to create any bespoke designs due to the flexibility of our steel frame so these are by no means our only options! That being said if you are lacking a bit of inspiration they are a great variation on what we can achieve.
The cube room is our most cost effective design. The room is very well named in matching its appearance. The room doesn’t contain many architectural design elements but boasts having a very modern look.
Our canopy room is our most popular room and for good reason! The structure of the build boasts an elongated roof to the frontal that extends past the cladding creating 500mm of coverage on the front of the building.
Our concave room is a very contemporary looking and higher end design. The structure of the build boasts having the elongated roof as included within the canopy design as well as that it include side columns/pillars that can be completed in a range of finishes. The design is also inclusive of a decked area within the area covered by the can
It all starts with a conversation, we understand that everyone job is different and there are lots of factors that can influence the outcome of your building, largely down to personal preferences.
We recommend a initial consultation call to anyone contemplating a garden room. Every project is different and should be approached with an open mind. Everybody has their own personal preferences in regards to the aesthetics of a building. Whilst we keep the basics of our structure very similar there are 100s of different combinations of materials that should be discussed to make a room bespoke and personal to you. On the call we can can discuss all your ideas and hopefully give some useful advice where necessary. We will use a specification sheet to record all of your material selections
Following the consultation call we will use all the information provided. We are then able to create a free no obligation bespoke quoting package that will be sent to you via e-mail. This will include 6 documents which will give you all information needed outlining all of your selections and what’s included in the build:
Following the e-mail if you are keen to proceed we can complete a site survey in most cases we can complete this via a zoom call. The main purpose is to assess the access to the potential building location. In trickier cases e.g(Heavily sloping land, unsure on size) we may recommend a further site visit before the build commences.
All that’s left to do is to complete the purchase agreement document, pick an installation date that suits you and finally secure the date by paying the 15% deposit.
